Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Standard Shipping (Free): 7–15 business days after processing

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 8–18 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Every order includes tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email within 1–3 business days of shipment. If your tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days, contact us and we'll investigate right away.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us at helpcontactsolene@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to correct it before shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
